window closing

i'm using gtk+-0.99.3 (from the archive, not the latest cvs patches), and
my windows close weird. i click the close button (windowmaker 0.6.3), and
the window doesn't actually close until i move the mouse pointer inside of
the window, not including the titlebar. it happens with every gtk-based
application i've used, and nothing else, so i'm inclined to thinking it's
a gtk bug. note: it only started happening recently, i don't think it was
in gtk+-0.99.1
