Yup, we can add it in when the time is right, but at this point in time
there are no other programs from which to drag files.

Note that the color selection already has DnD support, if you like playing
with stuff like that ;-) The semantics of dragging colors are simpler than
dragging files, though - we'll wait until Miguel gets GtkMC going a bit
farther before putting this in.
