gtk_clist_set_policy(args)

I have two applications that i am trying to compile now that ask for
this function.  however it does not appear to be included in the 1.1.5
release of GTK+.  What can be done about this... i downloaded an older
release (1.1.3) and looked in there, the function is in gtkclist.h, but
not on 1.1.5.  Is there something that can be done...
