New Gtk theme code

i've ported raster's theme code to the latest CVS Gtk (which should be 1.0
within the next day). they're sort of big, so i put them up for ftp at:
ftp://mars.innerx.net/pub/splitfire/other

to use this, you need the latest CVS Gtk (obviously), the latest gdk_imlib
from CVS, and libtiff, libjpeg, libpng, and libgif. those graphics libs
aren't *required*, but they were needed on my system due to how i have
imlib configured. you can get by without them with a little hacking. untar
themelib.tar.gz in GTK_MAIN/gtk/

PS, sorry raster, i hacked your buttons a little. :)
