is now available at ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gtk.

This release simply includes some of the patches that have been coming
in including fixes for the queued drawing and resizing and some new
widgets (fixed and button box).

GIMP developers be aware that the next version of the GIMP (0.99.12)
will not contain GTK. That is, you will have to get and compile GTK
separately.
