Help menus

G'day All,
  I had a look at the archives for this question and found it was sort
of answered, i just need the missing bits.

I'd like to, as would many others, put the help menu item on the far
right edge of the window, a bit like:

|File Edit                  Help|
+-------------------------------+

Now I saw some emails that said this isn't possible, but they were pretty old
I also some an email about a function called
gtk_menu_item_right_justify(GTK_MENU_ITEM (menuitem)); 

I couldn't find how to use this.  Is it possible to use it with the menu
factory?
