rpm for gtk+ ?

I'm trying to install gimp (and any requirements) using the rpms
for gimp and gtk in the contrib directories of the redhat site.
I seem to be missing something, and have yet to find it on the
redhat site.

   # rpm -ivh gimp-0.99.14-2.i386.rpm
     failed dependencies:
     gtk+ is needed by gimp-0.99.14-2


I have downloaded everything that looks relevant and grep'd the
rpm contents for 'gtk+', searched this lists' archives, etc, 

Is there an RPM for gtk+?   I'm much rather stick with a nice clean
rpm install if I can.
