Hello everyone,
Here's some, erm, things that I noticed when building my interface:
1) When you use the keyboard to work with a gtk_list in single selection mode
(as in any other selection mode), it is possible to have more than one (in fact
all) items selected. (That is, they're all blue, but not all part of the
selection (I think).)
2) As for check menu items, when they are not checked, they only show their
dimple when the mouse is over them. When they _are_ checked, however, they show
their dimple also without the mouse over them.
3) The file selection dialog's file list and directory list show items selected
even when the user didn't select anything. I.e. pop up a newly created file
selection dialog. The file list will show that the first item is blue, i.e. the
user is going to think that that's the one that's currently selected. Wrong! No
file has yet been selected. (And the directory list will show that the .. entry
is selected?)
Does anyone else feel that these things are, perhaps, somewhat odd?
Regards,
Johannes.
