FYI the CVS repository has been down, and we lost the whole repository,
but have a checked out source code tree from very shortly before it was
disconnected.
I hope to get it back up today. If everyone who had access will E-mail me
new acctname:cryptedpassword pairs, I will put you all in the password
file. Hopefully anonymous access will be possible too.
