Patch to gtkaspectframe.c

I have just uploaded a patch to ftp.gimp.org.

Bug fix.

This patch fixes a bug whereby if you change the aspect ratio, or
alignment of an aspect_frame (via gtk_aspect_frame_set()) after it has
been drawn, remnants of the previous frame will remain on screen.
