new gtktree version

I've upload a new version a gtktree on ftp.gimp.org.
This is the patch gtk-bolliet-971218-0.patch.gz and it's for gtk 0.99.0.

Follow the readme.

This is the new version of the gtktree widget.
This is for gtk+-0.99.0.

Changes :
- correct a bug in gtk_tree_remove_items and gtk_tree_item_destroy.
- add the possibility to connect all items by lines. This is the default now.
  You can overide this with the function gtk_tree_set_view_line which take
  a tree and a boolean.
