New CList

  * gtk_container_border_width works now
  * scrollbar auto-hides (if set)
  * GTK_SELECTION_BROWSE and GTK_SELECTION_SINGLE modes work
  * title buttons clip correctly
  * border style can be set, if it's set to GTK_SHADOW_NONE,
    the border width is automaticly reclaimed (this looks really good
    when your application window is only a clist)
