CVS server is up again.

Hello guys,

   Dunno how I fixed it, I just did /usr/sbin/cvsconfig and answered
some questions and got cvs server working again.  Go figure. 

   Pretty nice that cvsconfig script, and there are some other
interesting configuration toys down there on the debian /usr/sbin
which I promise not to touch.

   Time to start the commits ;-)
