Help menu right justified

Hello,

I've added an extra call to gtk_menu_item viz.

gtk_menu_item_right_justify(GTK_MENU_ITEM (menuitem));   

to specify that the menu item be right justified (most commonly the
Help menu). This will work only on the last item on the menu bar.
