justification patch in 1.14?

Do we want to get the justification patch into 1.14?

The new layout code can be used only for justified text, so it won't
affect current apps. Though there are a few minor changes to
gtktextlayout.c that could possibly cause bugs.

(The patches are a bit stale, but I'll update them if needed.)

PS. If we get this into 1.14 I may try to get hyphenation working for
1.16.
