Hi Ngwe,

I filed your request in bugzilla:

Please CC yourself and keep us updating there on the progress of
the patch.  Eventually Owen Taylor would get to reviewing and
applying the patch.  In the mean time you can ease that process
by providing fonts to test the modules, sample text and
screenshots produced with Pango and Windows, getting other people
familiar with the script review the work, etc.
