Well, as Edward H. Trager said about 70% is similar but the rest 30% have
it's own style. The mot problem come usage of Virama that incompartable
with Indic Scripts. I don't know Indic scripts nature but I think Myanmar
script
may need to work from scratch to support near up to 99%. The last 1% may
need additional one code point but still there is no clear defination in
Myanmar Language Commesion for that yet.
