How to enable GTK+ to support OpenType.

Hi all
I'm work with some mini languages that need opentype soppurt(esp 
context-sensitive).I just know freetype has some otlayout file but not
function,and Pango has some functions.
So does here any project use OT fun?what is it?
How to intergrade these things to support a opentype layout.
