Yiddish internationalization strings

I have built yi.po for gtk+2.0, concentrating mostly on the stock items,
because it is mostly there that applications need to have good translations.

Would whoever is in charge of these things upload

It belongs in po/yi.po .  There is no "country code" for Yiddish; it is
international.  I have used the YIVO standard orthography.  

I have tested this set of translations in AbiWord.
