Complete RTL flipping

Hi all,

I have recently started a little private project to improve the RTL 
support in gtk by adding automatic flipping support to the remaining 
widgets which need it
(the tracking bug for this effort is 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=76219). So far I have created 
patches for progressbars, toolbars, menus, 
optionmenus, statusbars and paneds.

One thing for which I probably need help is deciding which stock icons 
should be flipped. Please drop your comments in 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96633 (native speakers of an RTL 
language preferred :-)

Of course, you are also welcome to tackle the outstanding widgets in need 
of flipping: handle boxes, notebooks and treeviews.
