No, we don't have an acceptable fix for this yet, unfortunately, :-(

The workaround I have been suggesting is to do accelerators for
Arabic as they are done for Chinese, Japanese, Korean:
File (_F)
Rather than:
_File.
I know it is bad, and I hope we have a fix soon, but it probably
would be 2-3 days work for me to implement a solution, and I
don't have the time currently.
