Re: pango.org down?



OK, thanks. That worked. It just took me awhile to find the Windoze equivalent of /etc/hosts... (C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\Hosts in case anyone else is wondering ;-)

Going to that address directly will give you www.gnome.org, since
www.pango.org is virtual host on www.gnome.org. But if you
can go to that address, and get your web browser to tell
the server it wants pango.org, you'll get the right site.

That's why I said to put the line in /etc/hosts, if you can't do that,
I can see about getting gnome.org to also allow the material
to be accessed on a different port.
