I understand that "Hebrew Point JUDEO-SPANISH VARIKA", U+FB1E, is used in
Judezmo language and is the variant glyph shaping form of hebrew diacritic
RAFE, U+05BF.
Here is the picture of what I understood...
U+05BF ------- hebrew language ---> U+05BF
U+05BF ------- judezmo language --> U+FB1E
If this is correct, in the unicode locale, how can Hebrew Pango Engine
determine which one should be used (U+05BF, U+FB1E) ?
Does Hebrew Pango engine need to check the locale or language ?
That sounds weird ....
