The problem is not only the cursor, but the last (well, the first :) ) letter
is "touching" the border, making it hard and unpleasant to read.
Could it be related to the font advance metrics? fonts with LTR chars
never (I think) start painting them at the left side of the char box,
but there is a few white space on the left.
I don't know how exactly the RTL chars are written on screen, nor what is
the usual way to encode their geometry on fonts, so I may well be wrong too.
