big5 encoding support patch.

Hi,

I just created a patch for adding big5 encoding support to Pango.  You 
can find the patch on bugzilla:

should I look for "*-big5-0" fonts or "*-big5.eten-0" fonts? Because I 
have both kind of fonts and I think the eten is distributed by XFree86.
