Chinese Char problem

Hi all,

	I am trying to write some chinese application. But seem that I
am having problem when displaying some of the char in the range of 0xA247 
0xA244 0xA236 etc... Other char display perfectly. Is it the bug in ICONV?
or something else.. ??? Please help me. Thx..
