The plugin approach to I18N of text rendering

I am now in the process of developing another approach for supporting
internationalization of text rendering.
It may be a good idea to integrate this approach into GTK text widgets.

The work done so far (not ready yet for X-Window based software) can be
found in the URL:

I am looking for feedback and discussion of what I need to add in order to
support your software.
