Hi,

In its current form that may not be possible. I haven't checked the
latest version of gtk-doc.make, but past issues include:
- gtk-doc.make "cheating" by making files writable in the source tree
when doing make distcheck
- gtk-doc.make only building docs at dist time (which is annoying if you
want to make your developers responsible for keeping docs updated, not
the maintainer)
- we use a very customized setup for documenting our plugins and
elements: generated .signals and .args files get commited to CVS and
changes/updates get merged in in some steps. This is because it's
impossible for one single machine to have all plugins installed to
generate the docs, so we need an intermediate step.
If anyone's willing to help me look into these issues so they can be
integrated or resolved (or maybe they are already ?) that'd be great.
Thanks
Thomas
