scanobj and scangobj

hi,

I can't find what one needs to change (in docs/reference/Makefile.am) to
use gtkdoc-scanobj instead of -scangobj.
Alternatively if the library in question would be updated to use the
gobject functions instead of the deprecated gtk_object_ ones, then
gtkdoc-scangobj would be the right tool to run?

Anyway I'd like to add that to the docs. If anybody remembers , please
tell me
