That URL is hard to find back.

I was at http://www.gtk.org/rdp/download.html
which points to ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v1.1/docs/rdp/
where I missed the 1.2 release.

It was my private E-mail archive to get to

  http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gtk-doc/1.2/

I think the gtk-doc-tools project is to hard to find.
