documenting internal methods

Hi,

What about adding another <SUBSECTION Internal> to gtkdoc, which can take all
static methods of a class. Furthern, when generating the docs, one needs a
switch to enable/disable these sections.
This is good for internal docs (for core developers). Often there is quite some
knowledge in private methods. And because the are not part of the docs, they are
often not documented.
