can I omit tmpl/*.xml files edition?

hello,

I use

/**
 * function:
 * @param: param de
 *
 * desc
 *
 * Returns:
 **/

descriptions in my .c files, so they land in documentation.

Can I do something similar with sections title/(short|long)
description/see also ? (I mean place this info in .c files and forget
tmpl directory)
