I have added Since: tags to the glib, gdk, gdk-pixbuf and gtk docs now. 
You can see the results at http://www.gtk.org/api/. One thing that has 
become clear when using this feature in practise is that we need a way to 
put Since: and Deprecated: information in the templates for stuff which we 
can't or ususall don't  document inline like structs or macros. I'n not 
sure about the best way to extend the template format.  The easiest thing 
would probably to go the @Since: @Deprecated: way, but I don't like to 
invade further in the parameter namespace (gtk-doc already ursurps 
varargs, and returns). Are there alternatives ?
