New packages available

Hi,

I'm now putting up new versions of gtk-doc and all the template files
and HTML docs at http://www.gtk.org/rdp

The new gtk-doc produces nicer output. It also adds support for widget
Args, externed variables, and a 'See Also' section at the bottom of each
page.

If you have edited your template files, you simply need to copy the new
empty sections across.

Also, see the style-guide.txt file in gtk-doc's doc directory for
descriptions of what DocBook tags to use (especially for documenting
structs and enums).

P.S. Check out the 'Gtk+ Widgets and Objects' HTML page, which shows all
the available widgets, divided into groups.
