GdkPangoRenderer and pango_renderer_draw_trapezoid

We've discovered this in the gtk2-perl test suite, while writing  
tests for the PangoRenderer object.  The way it's done suggests two  
possibilities:

a) it's an oversight, and gtk+ needs to have either a check or a noop  
there

b) this is a private method that we shouldn't expose in the bindings.

Any guidance?
