RE: Win32 binaries for GLib 2.4.5, Pango 1.4.1 and GTK+ 2.4.4

Now there are fresh glib-2.4.5, pango-1.4.1 and gtk+-2.4.4 zipfiles
containing rebuilt DLLs. I also applied three recent fixes to
gdk/win32 before recompiling. The developer zipfiles haven't changed.
