gtk_cell_layout_pack_end()

I think I remember some talk about removing gtk_cell_layout_pack_end(). I
think Kris was waiting for epiphany to port to some alternative. Or maybe
that was another function. I ask because it's still there, and we should be
thinking about freezing the API soon.
