Has anything been improved on this since RedHat 8? - i.e. in RedHat 9? (i.e.
in the gnome panel API/documentation)
Plus, if there are plans, which version/milestone of GTK will there be
support the sys tray in gnome/windows?
Also, is it likely that the gnome panel API will be adopted somewhat into
GTK for an implementation of a sys tray?
I would be willing to help develop the WIN32 code for this, as I have done
it before.
