Trivial gtk-2.0.m4 patch

Hi,

I was compling a program that uses GTK 2.0 without pkg-config in my
PATH, and I ran into what appears to be a minor bug in gtk-2.0.m4.  In
case you're interested, the following patch is against CVS.
