Why didn't you add the shaded state ? 

While I don't think that it is a good idea to expose this kind of 
functionality through gtk (even if we don't advertise it, it will be
used, and clients trying to do their own window management
just lead to a sucky ui), if we do expose it, the support should 
be complete.
