Hi,

I've just downloaded and installed freetype-2.1.0 from www.freetype.org as
recomended in pango-1.0.1/README.

configure detects the presence of freetype but make aborts due to undefined
symbols and syntax errors.

Am I downloaded a wrong version or from wrong location?
Is there a workaround for this?
