Remaining GtkTreeView bugs for 2.0.0

Hi,

Here's the list of GtkTreeView bugs we're currently working on for
2.0.0. Let's use other marks than Owen does:

 63269 enh TreeView modification so that cells be editible on double cl
 70782 nor can't drag to bottom of list
 72043 nor reordering rows emits bogus selection_changed
 72392 blo Thread app lockup on gtk_tree_view_append_column
 72729 maj scrolling is broken
*73161 nor column size sometimes grows
*73162 nor Column gets wider
