Re: Naming Question

I think the most logical naming would be to rename the current GDK_DISPLAY()
to
GDK_DEFAULT_DISPLAY(), but that is probably a non-starter due to the API
freeze.

Subject: Naming Question

Hi all,

At the moment the GDK_DISPLAY () macro is returning pointer to a
Display struct. In the multihead implementation, GDK_DISPLAY () is used
to cast an object of type GdkDisplay.

Should I rename my version of this macro to :
- GDK_DISPLAY_REAL or GDK__DISPLAY or <insert your proposal here>
- Or should I change all the naming scheme for the GdkDisplay object ?

Any thoughs ? What naming scheme would be the most recommanded ?

A+
Erwann
