GtkHtml won't compile

I can't get my program to compile that is using gtkhtml. I keep on
getting this error.

How do I call a html file to use in the program upon load up? example:
url="/home/user/.program/html/index.html"
Could anyone give me a nice template of a gtkhtml program that I could
use? I can't seem to find all the functions to use. I have been scouting
around gnome CVS for days and can only get a little.
