patch for gtk+/gtk for deprecated Gdk and GLib Calls

  Hi All,
  I have put  a patch (in the bugzilla against the bug id 52790 )    
  for gtk+/gtk to compile with -DG_DISABLE_DEPRECATED and
  DGDK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED flag. The changes are made to compile the whole
  gtk+/gtk files with the above flags.
