Re: keybindings for scrollbars

If scrollbars are focusable I wonder what is the point of allowing
GtkScrollingWindow to be focusable?

It could be very conbfusing to a users if some scrollbars in a
GtkScrollingWindow are focusable and some are not.

What visual indication will there be when a scrollbar is focused?
