GdkAtom changes

It would be useful to have a boxed type (or something else, if they
don't follow the conventions of boxed types) for GdkAtoms now that they
are a pointer type? I don't know if they are actually used in any
signals yet, but it would still be useful (as G_TYPE_ULONG is no longer
appropriate for them).
