1.3.11 candidate tarballs

Candidate tarballs for the 1.3.11 release are up on:

 ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v1.3/testing

What I'm interested in before I release them finally:

 - Missing files
 - Easy build fixes
 - Any obvious stupidity

And knowing what platforms they build on, where they don't.

As of this release, GTK+ and it dependencies are *API FROZEN*.
Once we've done a week or so of bug fixing, I'd like to make the next
release (1.3.12) more widely publicized as a "beta" release.
