gtkrange bug in 1.2.10

Hi all, I think I found an (obscure) gtk+-1.2.x bug ... gtkrange does 
not remove its scroll timer in _destroy(). This can cause crashes, since 
the timer callback can be triggered after the widget has died. This does 
not affect 1.3.x, since gtkrange has been redone.
