Note that with gettext > 0.10.35, it doesn't support the old catgets 
compatibility mode (it always uses GNU gettext), the po2tbl.sed.in file 
won't ever get used.  Especially if we ship with gettext-0.10.40 (the 
first with an LGPL libintl).
